We offer support and guidance to people affected by drug addiction, helping them overcome their situation and rejoin society.
Because of the vulnerability caused by the scourge of drug addiction, in which many people are trapped — children, young people and adults alike — many reach a point where hope and the sense of worth in life dissolve along with their dreams, without any backing from society. It is exactly there that the Fundiempleo Foundation welcomes, leads and guides these people toward rehabilitation and spiritual and personal growth, with the goal of rejoining society.
In this way the Foundation becomes the support that allows their lives to be transformed and to inspire hope in others.

Our programs
At the Fundiempleo Foundation we offer a range of programs designed to support people in vulnerable situations, especially those affected by drug addiction. Our programs provide spiritual guidance, entrepreneurship training, health and sports activities, psychological support and community service. Each one focuses on full rehabilitation and social reintegration, promoting the well-being and personal growth of the people we serve, while we strengthen ties with the community and foster an environment of support and hope.
Offers support and guidance to people affected by drug addiction, helping them overcome their situation and rejoin society.
Once a person has made progress in their recovery, this program builds their capabilities through training in several areas. The Foundation manages the different training processes for people who are in recovery.
During addiction recovery, people go through a physical detoxification process and learn to manage anxiety through sports and recreation, which improves their mood and helps them bond with other members of the Foundation.
The Foundation works through agreements and alliances with institutions and organizations that specialize in recovery processes for people at risk, so that their recovery is as successful as possible.
Community Service is one of the Foundation’s most important programs, because it improves community relationships. People at high risk often feel that society does not accept them; this program plants the idea of reconciliation with the community.
